Q1. Is early check-in available?
A. If you would like to arrive earlier than the regular check-in time, please contact us in advance through the booking site message system.
・Early check-in may be available after 3:00 PM, only if cleaning has been completed.
・Please note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
Q2. Is late check-out available?
A. If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us through the booking site message system by the day before your check-out date.
・If available, check-out may be extended until 11:00 AM.
・Late check-out is not allowed without prior approval.
Q3. Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
A. If you would like to leave your luggage before check-in, please contact us in advance through the booking site message system.
・Depending on the cleaning status, we may be able to keep your luggage after 1:00 PM.
・Please keep all valuables and fragile items with you.
・If you use the key, please be sure to return it to the key box.
Q4. Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
A. We are sorry, but we do not offer luggage storage after check-out.
・As we need to clean the room and prepare for the next guests, please take all of your belongings with you after check-out.
Q5. Can I use the parking lot before check-in or after check-out?
A. If you would like to use the parking lot before check-in or after check-out, please contact us in advance through the booking site message system.

・Please note that the parking lot in front of the building is not our facility's parking lot.

Q6. If I arrive late, until what time can I check in?
